Oak Tree is a cosy cottage to comfortably sleep 4 (plus babies in cots). The cottage has an attractive fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a separate lounge with woodburner opening into large conservatory with cane furniture. 

Oak Tree has a living room with cottage-style leather sofas and rugs, flat-screen TV/video/DVD, woodburner and original beams, leading to a conservatory with cane furniture. 

The fitted kitchen has a pine dining table with chairs together with dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, freezer, gas hob and electric oven. 

Upstairs is a king size four-poster bedroom with vaulted ceiling and exposed stonework and en-suite bathroom. Room has 3 windows with south, east and north views over garden and rolling valley. 

Pretty twin room with en-suite bathroom with Victorian bath.

Outside large gardens suitable to enjoy quietly or for play surround the cottages, equipped with garden furniture and gas barbeques.
