The Hay Barn was completed in July 2007 and comprises a quality barn conversion encompassing traditional features including stone, wood and slate with all modern comforts. The barn has two large oak-floored en-suite bedrooms (Sleeps 5 + cot), a large living kitchen and a comfortable lounge together with a patio.

The kitchen comprises solid oak cupboards, with range cooker with quaint windows overlooking the private lawn. There is a chunky oak table with 6 chairs sat on slate floors. The whole kitchen is lit with feature lights and is cosy yet spacious.

The lounge has an oak floor with large leather sofas arranged around a stone fire-place with woodburner and flat screen TV/DVD with Freeview. The lounge has unique stripped pine furniture giving a warm feeling. All of the downstairs has under-floor heating. 

Bedroom One is a spacious room with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom decorated in creams and greens with wonderful views over the garden and fields beyond.

Bedroom Two has a Super King size bed that can double up as twin beds (zip together) together with a further single bed and en-suite shower room.

A spacious, comfortable and well thought-out new barn conversion.
