East Bickleigh which sleeps 8 comprises a spacious, comfortable character cottage overlooking rolling farmland. 

The large well-equipped kitchen ( range cooker, dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, freezer) with heated slate floor, central island,   with original well, incorporated as an interesting feature, with a glass top and bar stools around.

 

The spacious lounge/dining room has rugs, beams and a big stone fireplace with woodburner, large comfortable leather sofas and flat screen TV/ video/DVD. At a higher level is a family sized dining table and chairs. There is a downstairs cloakroom off the lounge/dining room.

Upstairs are three bedrooms comprising king size with en-suite shower room, bunk room, a large family bathroom with Victorian bath and a family room (with king size bed and two singles) which comprises a very large room which goes up to the rafters and opens onto its own patio.

 Outside is a good-sized patio area with solid wood table/chairs, barbecue and landscaped rockery with lawns beyond.

East Bickleigh comprises an old farmhouse with all the features for luxurious living.

Oak Tree and East Bickleigh connect via a door in the hallway to create a large property to sleep 12 (plus babies in cots).
